Visioun offers a 30-day return period after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

Items must generally be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with original packaging and applicable tags or accessories. Contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos so we can review the issue.

Return Process

Contact support@visioun.store for authorization and return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
